Celtics Get #1 Pick, Is It Fultz? [VIDEO]

The week of the Boston Celtics continues...24 after earning a spot in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Celts won the NBA Draft Lottery and will get the #1 pick when the draft rolls around next month.

The Celts had a 25% chance of getting the #1 pick and it proved to be enough.

Now the question is - will they pick guard Markelle Fultz? Someone else? Will they trade the pick?
