Gaine Considered For Buffalo GM Job

Former University of Maine Black Bear Brian Gaine will reportedly meet with the Buffalo Bills about their open General Manager position, according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle.

Gaine was an Assistant General Manager with the Miami Dolphins under Jeff Ireland, but was later released by the team after the latter’s removal.  He then latched on with the Texans under GM Rick Smith.

During his time with UMaine, Gaine had 74 catches for 719 yards.  The Bills finished with a 7-9 record in 2016, finishing 3^rd in the AFC East.
