The visiting Lee Academy Pandas controlled the scoreboard for much of Thursday night's match up with the Hermon Hawks.

All that changed in the 4th quarter however, when  Hermon's Eric Hoogterp and Tyler Thayer took over, closing the lead to one point with just over a minute left in the game.

The teams battled to the end but a few key final shots by Panda Julian Diggs sealed the deal for Lee Academy, which won the game by a final score of 60-58.

Diggs finished with 31 points earning McDonald's MVP honors.

Thayer led Hermon with 22 poinnts.

The Class C Pandas improved to 10-4, while the Class B Hawks fell to 6-7.
