McCannell Wins HS Athlete Of Week Voting

Old Town/Orono hockey player Tyler McCannell dominated the voting this week for McDonalds HS Athlete of the Week.

McCannell got almost 70% of the on-line votes at 929theticket.com

The sophomore forward scored three goals and had two assists last week as his Black Bears team remains unbeaten and the top seed in Class B.

McCannell added two more goals this week and has 13 on the season.

The 8-0 Old Town/Orono team hosts Brewer tomorrow night.
