Old Town Junior Team Loses On Walk-Off

Heartbreak for the Old Town All Star Little League Junior Division team at the East Regional in New Jersey. The Canton, Massachusetts team scored two runs in the bottom of the 7th inning to go from being down a run to walking off with an 8-7 win.

It was the opening game for both teams in the 10-team double elimination tourney.

Sawyer Julier-Albert had the game winning hit for Canton and finished with three RBI.

For Old Town, District #3 and Maine State champs, Cam Shorette and Joe D'Angelo had two hits each.

The Old Town all stars turn around and play an elimination game Saturday morning at 10am vs Maryland. That team lost 7-1 to Rhode Island in the first round.
