Old Town Wins Junior League Title

The Old Town Junior League All Stars pushed across a run in extra innings to win the District #3 Championship at Mansfield Stadium in Bangor Sunday evening. Old Town moves on to the state tournament next week.

Caleb Ryder singled home the winning run in the bottom of the 8th inning to defeat the Bangor All Stars 5-4.

Old Town finished the 7-team district tourney with a 4-0 record.

It was the final District #3 age division title up for grabs.
