Saturday Sports Postponements

Uncertain travel conditions on Saturday are causing local sports events to be postponed and moved to other dates.

PVC track and field has been moved from tomorrow to Monday...Per PVC press release...

Originally there was two separate meets on Saturday but there will be one Double Meet (A/B) on Monday – both starting at 12 noon with events alternating with A and B meets.

Meet A: Ellsworth, Hampden, Hermon, John Bapst, Orono, Bangor Christian

Meet B: Bucksport, Central, Foxcroft, Mattanawcook, Sumner/Narraguagus,   Searsport,  Penobscot Valley 

The Brewer vs Bangor 'Fill The Alfond' hockey game scheduled for Saturday evening has been postponed and moved to Wednesday, January 24th at 5pm at Alfond Arena.

The Oceanside at Hermon varsity girls and boys basketball games scheduled for Saturday have been moved to tonight (Friday 1/12). Girls game at 6:15pm and boys game at 7:45pm.
