Maine's Jesse Speirs is going to miss the cut again on this week's Web.com Tour event in Louisiana after shooting an even par 71 today.
Speirs is 1-under par through two rounds and the cut line projection is 3-under par. He missed the cut in his first two Web.com Tour events.
