A frustrating football season for the UMaine Black Bears ended Saturday afternoon with a last second loss on a Stony Brook hail mary touchdown pass. The Seawolves won it 20-19.
Quarterback Joe Carbone threw a 35-yard pass to the end zone and receiver Harrison Jackson pulled down the catch and a crowd of players.
The win may get Stony Brook into the NCAA playoffs with a 9-2 record.
Maine finishes the season 6-4 (3-5 CAA).
