The Red Sox win a 6-5 nail biter in Tampa Bay Saturday night and now have a chance to sweep the first place Rays.

Andrew Benitendi provided most of the offense with a second inning grand slam and a ninth inning sacrifice fly to score the game winning run.

The two straight wins guarantees a series win and it's the first of the season for the Sox.

Sox starter Rick Porcello pitched better in this one, 5.2 innings and allowing just two runs.

But, Heath Hembree, Bobby Poyner and Matt Barnes all gave up runs and the Rays tied the game at 5-5.

Rookie Michael Chavis made his major league debut pinch hitting in the 9th and doubled in front of the Benintendi sac fly.

The game ended in the bottom of the ninth with Christian Vazquez picking off Tommy Pham at first base.
