After getting severely outplayed in game one of the playoff series, the Boston Bruins took it to the Toronto Maple Leafs all night in game two and scored a 4-1 win to even the series.

Charlie Coyle and Brad Marchand scored first period goals.

Danton Heinen added an unassisted goal in the the second period to give the B's a commanding 3-0 lead.

Nazem Kadri got the lone Leafs goal mid-way through the third period. He would later get a game misconduct penalty for a high hit on Jake DeBrusk and could face a suspension from the league.

Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask stopped 30 shots.

Toronto goalie Frederik Anderson made 37 saves.

The series moves to Toronto for games three and four on Monday and Wednesday nights.
