What a weekend for the Boston Bruins! A win Friday night in overtime against Pittsburgh and then last night, a 3-2 victory in Montreal over the Canadiens.

All of this happening without guys like Patrice Bergeron and Zdeno Chara who are out with injuries.

Defenseman John Moore scored his first goal of the season on a B's powerplay with about three minutes to play in the game to give Boston the victory.

Veteran David Backes drew the double-minor penalty that gave the B's the man advantage. He had scored his first goal of the season earlier in the game.

Jake DeBrusk also scored for the B's, his 10th of the season.

Tuukka Rask made 31 saves for the Bruins. Carey Price stopped 32 for Montreal.

The B's improve to 13-6-4. Claude Julien's Canadiens have lost four in a row (11-8-5).
