Now the rest of the nation can see why Boston Celtics fans find their team so frustrating. In front of ABC network cameras, the Celts lose to the Houston Rockets 115-104 Sunday afternoon.

Down by as many as 28 points, the C's put together a fourth quarter run and got to within eight points.

But no closer.

James Harden killed the Celtics, dropping 42 points before fouling out.

The Rockets hit on 21 three-pointers with Eric Gordon getting eight of them.

For the Celtics, Kyrie Irving scored 24. Al Horford had 19 and Marcus Smart had 18.

The (38-26) C's have lost four or five games since the all star break and head out on a west coast roadtrip starting Tuesday in Golden State.
