Here is the finish of the G-MAC Women's Cross Country Championship

Washburn's Carsyn Koch finished in second place at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference cross country championship meet. Her Cedarville University team won the team title for the 5th straight year.

Koch is now in her junior year at the Division II school in Ohio.

Her time Saturday in the 6k meet was 22:55.9 and that was four seconds behind teammate Olivia Esbenshade.

The NCAA Midwest Regional is next for Koch.

Remember a year ago, Koch was was the national champion in both the indoor and outdoor 800M track event and competed in the U.S. Olympic qualifier earlier this year.

Koch was a state champion in cross country at Washburn High School.
