For the second time this season, New England Patriots running back Dion Lewis has garnered a weekly award from the NFL.

Lewis was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week for his 129 yard rushing performance versus the Bills on Christmas Eve.  He also had two touchdowns in the contest, one via pass and another rushing in a 37-16 victory.

On the season Lewis had rushed for 803 yards on 154 attempts and has 5 touchdowns.  He has also caught 26 passes for 174 yards.

Lewis was named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts returning kick back for a score versus Denver on the road.  He joins Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski as weekly award winners this season.
