The magic number for the Boston Bruins seems to be 6 lately, for the third straight game that's how many goals they scored. On Tuesday night it was a 6-2 win over former Bruins Tim Thomas and the Florida Panthers.The line of Milan Lucic, David Krejci and Jerome Iginla combined to score seven points. Lucic scored two goals while Krejci had a goal and two assists and Iginla two assists. Boston peppered their former teammate Thomas with 41 shots in the game and scored the first four goals taking a 4-1 lead into the locker room after two periods.

Tuukka Rask stopped 28 of the 30 shots he faced to get his 24th win of the season.
