NCAA: UMass Earns 1st Frozen Four Bid [VIDEO]

Hockey East regular season champ, the UMass Minutemen, are heading to their first ever Frozen Four Championship. Now we find out later today if fellow Hockey East team Providence earns a spot.

In the national semi-final next month, UMass will take on the University of Denver, winner of the West Regional.

Providence plays Cornell today to decide the East Regional.

Minn-Duluth meets Quinnipiac today to determine the the Mid-West Regional.
