It took a brilliant game from Rob Gronkowski. It took great throws from Tom Brady. And, it took a little luck for the Patriots to beat the Steelers 27-24 Sunday evening.

The victory for the Pats makes both teams 11-3 and the first tiebreaker for the #1 seed in the AFC is head-to-head.

Gronk caught nine passes for a career-high 168 to torch the Pittsburgh defense, in particular throughout the second half.

A late TD and two-point conversion gave the Patriots a 27-24 lead with a minute left.

But two plays later, the Steelers thought they had a game winning touchdown, only to have the TD play overturned on review. After the reversal, the Patriots picked off a pass to secure the win.

The Patriots wrap up the AFC East division and with wins over Buffalo and the Jets in the final two weeks, Patriots could play at home until a possible Super Bowl trip.
