The Boston Red Sox were able to pump out six runs on 10 hits to take the series finale against Minnesota Twins, and take three out of four contests in the series.

The Sox had two home runs, including one each from Mookie Betts and Hanley Ramirez, on way to scoring all six of their runs in innings four through seven.  David Price was able to pick up the victory with seven strong innings of three run ball, striking out seven while not walking a batter.

Boston is now back in sole possession of first place in the AL East, coupled with a Yankees' loss to the White Sox last night.  The Sox will head north of the border tonight to face the Toronto Blue Jays for a three game series.
