For the second straight night the Boston Red Sox allowed Milwaukee to take a lead and never could catch up. The Brewers beat the Sox 7-4.

Kyle Kendrick did not show much in his second start. 4.1 innings of work, giving up six runs on 10 hits.

The Sox also made costly errors - two throwing errors by catch Christian Vazquez.

Boston's offense collected 11 hits, including a Jackie Bradley Jr home run, but left nine runners on base.

After consecutive losses, the Sox are just 17-16 with an afternoon game in Milwaukee today.
