As the Little Ten Conference (LTC) gets ready to celebrate its 68th year with the season ending awards banquet next week, how about some of the 2018 milestones...

Beginning with the Bucksport Golden Bucks with nine wins this year. That gives the Bucks 377 wins, the most in LTC history. The Orono Red Riots are second with 374.

The Foxcroft Ponies won the 2018 LTC championship. It is the school's 12th title and puts the Ponies in first place in 'most LTC championships' catagory. Stearns High School of Millinocket has 11 titles.

By the way, the next win for Foxcroft will be LTC win #350. Mattanawcook Academy's next win will be the 300th LTC victory for the Lynx program.

Orono Red Riots head coach Bob Sinclair was on the sidelines for another eight games this season. He has now coached more LTC games than anyone in history with 264 games.

Bucksport's Joe Sankey won nine more games this fall giving him 163 LTC wins. He continues to add to his all-time LTC wins record.

And finally, when Bucksport and Mattanawcook Academy lit up the scoreboard at Carmichael Field earlier this month in that LTC semi-final game, the total score of 113 points broke the old record of 102 total points in a LTC game.
