Orono High School's Ruth White has decided to attend the University of New Hampshire in the Fall of 2024 rather than Boise State University. She made the announcement on her Instagram account yesterday.

Orono High School's Ruth White ended her high school cross country career with an exclamation point, finishing 6th in the Foot Locker Nationals, held in San Diego, California on Saturday, December 9th.

Congratulations to Orono's Ruth White who finished 3rd in the Footlocker Northeast Regional in Boston on November 25th. The time of 17:30 qualified her for the Nationals in San Diego on December 9th

The Penobscot Valley Athletic Conference (PVC) released their Class B and C All-Conference Cross Country and All-Academic Teams on Monday afternoon, November 13th. Congratulations to all!

The 2 fastest female high school runners in New England are from Eastern and Northern Maine. They proved that again on Saturday, November 11th, as Orono's Ruth White won her 3rd consecutive New England Cross Country Championship with a time of 17:12.25 and Houlton's Teanne Ewings finished 2nd with a time of 17:39.00

The Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference (KVAC) released their 2023 Boy's All-Conference and All-Academic Cross Country Teams for Classes A, B and C. Congratulations to all!
