Steve Clifford returns to coach his NBA Charlotte Hornets team tonight when the host the Washington Wizards. He missed the last 21 games dealing with health issues.

Clifford, who played at UMaine Farmington and took his first coaching job at Woodland High School, has been dealing with headaches caused by sleep deprivation. He's been battling the issue for the past two years.

Doctors have told Clifford he needs to change his lifestyle, work habits and get more sleep. And, Clifford says he will.

He's been a NBA coach since 2001, taking over as head coach of the Hornets in 2013.

Charlotte is 17-25 heading into tonight's game.
