Danes Late Run Beats Bears

The UMaine men's basketball was right in the middle of another close game only to falter down the stretch and lose 63-54 to UAlbany at the Cross Center in Bangor.

The Black Bears were right there, trailing 49-48 with six minutes to go.

The Great Danes went on a 14-6 run to finish the deal.

Andrew Fleming Maine with 14 points. Isaiah White scored 11.

For Albany, Cam Healy had 16.

The Black Bears drop to 3-9 AE and 5-22 overall.

The Great Danes are 4-7 and 9-17.
