The Husson Eagles weekend of dominant pitching ended with a North Atlantic Conference title after a 3-1 in over Thomas College in the championship round Sunday afternoon at the Winkin Complex.

Starting pitcher Ryan Allender and three relievers combined to hold the Terriers to one run. As a staff, the Husson pitchers gave up two total runs in the three day tournament.

Allender worked the first six innings to pick up his fourth win of the season. Nolan Dousa recorded his fifth save.

On offense, the Eagles got a triple from Ethan Stoddard in the first inning and then added the other two runs in the third inning. Both were unearned as tourney MVP David LeBlanc drove in a run with single.

LeBlanc, Conor Maguire and Alex Chapman all had two hits.
