LEC Tourney: Weather PPD Friday Games

Weather issues in southern Maine have forced the Little East Conference Baseball Tournament to push back today's game to Saturday.

The top seeded USM Huskies lost to Eastern Conn. State 4-1 yesterday to drop to 1-1 in the tourney. The Huskies will now play the first game on Saturday.

LEC UPDATE:  Day 3 Schedule – Saturday, May 11

With rain in the forcast all day Friday, the third day of the tournament has been pushed back to Saturday, and the fourth and final day will now be Sunday. Saturday's game schedule is as follows:

No. 1 Southern Maine (home) vs. No. 3 Rhode Island College – 12 p.m.
No. 3 Eastern Connecticut vs. No. 5 UMass Dartmouth (home) 3:30 p.m.
UMass Boston (home) vs. Southern Maine/Rhode Island College winner – 7 p.m.
