Old Town JRs Knocked Out Of Regional

The Old Town Junior Little League All Stars have been eliminated from the Eastern Regional in New Jersey.

The District #3 and Maine champs lost to Torrington, Connecticut 14-4 Sunday morning  and that's the second loss for Old Town. This finish regional play at 0-2.

Torrington jumped on Old Town for six runs in the 1st inning, added another run in the 2nd and tacked on another seven runs in the 3rd inning.

Old Town tried to extend the game past the 5th inning by scoring four runs but the 14-4 score ended the game after five innings with the 10-run rule.
