Rogerson Powers Eagles To Saturday Sweep

After getting swept by New England College on Friday afternoon, the Husson came back Saturday afternoon and swept the Pilgrims, 8-5 and 8-6.

GAME 1  Husson 8  NEC 5:  Logan Rogerson collected four hits. Christian Corneil drove in three runs. Ben Holmes pitched the complete game seven inning win.

GAM 2  Husson 8  NEC 6:  Rogerson had another three hits and two RBI. Conor Maguire knocked in two runs. Three Eagles pitchers combined for the win.

The sweep for Husson puts the Eagles at 9-5 in NAC play, 14-11 overall. NEC is now 12-14 and 5-7.
