Make it a four game losing skid for the Boston Red Sox after a frustrating 2-1 defeat Sunday afternoon. The Orioles swept the weekend series and now the Sox lead over the Yankees is down to just 2.5 games.

Doug Fister gave up two first inning runs and then held the Birds scoreless through seven innings.

But the stagnant Sox offense teased us all day, leaving runners in scoring position all day. They were 1-for-13 with RISP.

So now it's on to Toronto for the next series with just a 2.5 game lead over the Yankees.
