30th Maine Shrine Lobster Bowl Camp [PHOTOS]

100 of the top high school football seniors from last fall are spending the week at Foxcroft Academy in Dover-Foxcroft, preparing for the 30th Maine Shrine Lobster Bowl.

John Bapst HS coach Dan O'Connell is head coach for this year's East Team. Leavitt's Bill County heads up the West Team.

The teams practice throughout the week and then head to Thornton Academy in Saco on Saturday for the Lobster Bowl Game.

The East scored a 40-14 win a year ago. Over the 29 years, the West hold the advantage in wins.

The real winner are the Shrine Hospitals across the country, Canada and Mexico as net proceeds go to helping the 22 hospitals.
