6 Witches Set For College Teams

Brewer High School held its second annual college student-athlete signing day and six students are heading to play at the collegiate level, representing soccer, field hockey and track & field.

Maria Lowe will attend UMaine and play Division I soccer in Orono.

Ali Cottrell and Logan Hughes will attend the University of Southern Maine. Cottrell will play soccer while Hughes will compete in track & field.

Jessica Hart, Josh Hart and Ashley Tanguay will all attend Husson University in the fall. Jessica Hart is a midfielder in field hockey, Josh Hart is a pole vaulter and Ashley Tanguay throws the javelin.
