Bangor’s Fleming, Hampden’s Donovan Among Mr. + Miss Maine Basketball Semifinalsits

Maine McDonald's on Wednesday announced the 10 semifinalists for Mr. Maine Basketball and Miss Maine Basketball.

The award goes to the outstanding senior high school basketball player in the state.

The 10 Mr. Basketball semifinalists are:

Nick Firillo, Scarbroough
Ben Onek, Deering
John Martin, Gray-New Gloucester
Cooper Wirkala, Oceanside
Andrew Story, Greely
Cam Wood, Winthrop
Ashlyn Abbott, hall-Dale
Zach Brown, Greely

The 10 semifinalists for Miss Maine Basketball are:

Six finalists -- three girls and three boys -- will be announced the week following the high school basketball state championships.
