Backup center Aron Baynes came up big as the Boston Celtics beat the LA Lakers for their 10th straight win, 107-96.

That's the good news for C's fans. Now the bad news.

The injuries keep coming.

Al Horford didn't play because of a concussion and rookie Jason Tatum left the game after nine minutes with an ankle injury. The C's are already playing without the services of Gordon Hayward.

Despite all of this, the Celtics rolled out to an early 21 point lead, thanks in big part to Baynes who finished as the leading scorer in the game with 21 points (8 rebounds).

Marcus Morris added 18 and Kyrie Irving closed the deal in the fourth quarter. He finished with 19 points.

Brandon Ingram led LA with 18 points. Lonzo Ball finished with nine points, five rebounds and six assists.

Boston now with a league-best 10-2 record. LA is 5-6.
