Coach Jack Cosgrove and his Colby Mules are CBB champs for the second straight year after beating Bowdoin 47-34 in a come-from-behind victory Saturday night.

The CBB (Colby-Bowdoin-Bates) is the annual 'bragging rights' series for the three Maine schools that dates back more than a century. For the second consecutive year, the Mules beat both Bowdoin and Bates.

The win last night (131st Colby-Bowdoin game) was anything but easy. The Polar Bears had a 34-20 lead after three quarters.

Colby promptly ran off 27 unanswered points in the fourth quarter.

After QB Matt Hersch threw a TD pass to Rory Glavin, running back Chris George rushed for three touchdowns to lead the Mules to the win. He finished with 151 yards and four TDs.
