Fleming Signs Up For West Point

Bangor High School senior Matt Fleming signed his National Letter of Intent Thursday afternoon. He's West Point bound and will play basketball for Division One Army.

Fleming will attend one year of prep school at West Point and then four years of college there, and then five years of commitment to the U.S. military.

Fleming played his first two years of high school basketball at Oxford Hills before the family moved to Bangor.

The 6-foot-5 senior averaged 23.8 points per game last season and 13 rebounds a game.

The Rams begin their season on December 7th.
