Hawks Beat Mustangs 5-3 In Quarterfinal
The #2 seeded Hermon Hawks jumped out to a 4-0 lead on #7 Mt. View and went on to beat the Mustangs 5-3 in their Class B North quarterfinal round playoff game Thursday afternoon.
Freshman Sydney Gallop scored three goals and senior Olivia Nash scored the other two.
The Hawks improve to 13-1-1. The Mustangs finish their season at 10-5.
NOTE: Top ranked Presque Isle beat #8 Brewer 3-0 to advance to the semi-final round in Class B North Girls. The Wildcats will play #4 Medomak Valley...Hermon will meet #3 Winslow in their semi-final.
