Hawks Win Saturday Night Showdown
The Hermon Hawks solidified their #1 status in Class B North with a 46-35 win over #3 MDI Saturday night.
The victory moves the Hawks to 12-0. The Trojans drop to 8-2.
A real grinder of a game. Hermon led 13-9 after one quarter, 23-22 at the half and 34-30 after three quarters.
The Hawks then outscored the Trojans 12-5 in the fourth quarter. Issac Varney and Garrett Task combined to score the dozen points.
Trask finished with 11 points, Varney and Jacob Godfrey added 10 each for the Hawks.
Derek Collin and Andrew Phelps each had 10 for MDI.
