Maine Football Rolls to 6th Straight Win Beating Hampton 35-7
The Maine Black Bears beat the Hampton Pirates 35-7 in Hampton, Virginia on Saturday, November 8th for their 6th straight win.
Maine outgained Hampton 311-189 in total yardage. The outpassed them 128-97 and outrushed them 183-92. The Black Bears had a huge advantage in time of possession 35:30 to 24:30.
Maine took a 14-0 lead at the end of the 1st Quarter and led 21-7 at the end of the 1st Half. The Black Bears extended their lead to 28-7 at the end of the 3rd Quarter.
