Maine’s Kate Hall Wins NCAA Long Jump Title

Maine's Kate Hall is NCAA Division I champion in the Long Jump. In Eugene, Oregon last night, the University of Georgia redshirt freshman jumped 22-feet 1-inch in here first jump and it held up throughout the competition.

Her Georgia teammate Keturah Orji finished second.

Hall is from Casco and competed for Lake Region HS and owns the Maine state record in the Long Jump.

NOTE: Lewiston's Isaiah Harris goes for the national title in the men's 800M event tonight.
