Martin, Peach Lead Eagles To NAC Sweep

The Husson Eagles got double-doubles from Justin Martin and Megan Peach in a doubleheader sweep at Thomas College Friday night.

Husson Men 69  Thomas 65: The Eagles trailed by eight points at the half but put together a strong second half to record their 7th NAC win (7-1, 11-7 overall).

Senior Justin Martin with another double-double night, 26 points and 12 points. Justin Thompson came off the bench to add 18 points.

The Terriers were led by Zach Mackinnon with 20.

Thomas drops to 5-4 NAC, 8-11 overall.

Husson Women 55  Thomas 48:  A monster night for sophomore Megan Peach, 14 points and 20 rebounds to help the Eagles stay undefeated in conference play (8-0 NAC, 12-6 overall).

Thomas drops to 4-5 and 5-13.
