MCI Roars Back To Beat Oceanside In Overtime [BOYS]

Oceanside Mariners Vs. MCI Huskies

The MCI Huskies came roaring back in the fourth quarter to send their quarterfinal match-up with Oceanside to overtime. The Huskies kept in going in the extra period to come away with a 58-52 win.

Jaroslav Ruta led the No. 5 Huskies with 22 points and 11 rebounds in the Class B quarterfinal win. Joseph Cloutier added 10 points for the Huskies.

Senior Cooper Wirkala led the No. 4 Mariners with 18 points.

The teams split during the regular season.

MCI will play the winner of the other Class B quarterfinal between Hermon and Presque Isle.
