Tennessee pro golfer Jason Millard wins the 101st Charlie's Maine Open Championship, surviving a four player playoff at Augusta Country  Club Wednesday afternoon.

The 29-year-old Millard is a former All-America player at Middle Tennessee State and has also played on the PGA Web.com Tour.

Millard finished the 35-hole tournament at 9-under par (132). But two-time Maine Open winner Matt Campbell, New England PGA champ Shawn Warren and 2017 GBO champ Jason Thresher all finished 8-under par too.

Let the playoff begin.

Millard and Campbell birdied the first playoff hole. Warren and Thresher were out after getting pars.

Millard and Campbell stayed tied through the second and third playoff holes.

Finally, on the fourth playoff hole, Millard fired a birdie while Campbell had to settle for a par.

All of this happened while rain pelted Central Maine.
