Million Dollar Bracket Challenge: Leaderboard Update

Just a handful of participants are still in position to possibly win our Million Dollar Bracket Challenge. As we gear up for Monday's National Championship Game between Texas Tech and Virginia, let's take a look at where things stand in the bracket challenge.

Just four players remain in the hunt with a total/potential score of 49. Three of them are stuck at 49 and cannot gain additional points, as none of them predicted that Texas Tech and/or Virginia would make the National Championship Game.

One player with 48 points has Texas Tech penciled in as the national champion. If the Red Raiders win, that player will join the other three in a four-way tie.

The tiebreaker, total combined points in the National Championship Game, will determine this year's winner of the Million Dollar Bracket Challenge.

No one qualified for the million-dollar prize, but the competitor who finishes with the best bracket in Bangor will win a $100 gift card from our sponsor, NAPA Auto Parts.
