MPA: Class B State Hoops At Augusta

The Maine Principals' Association has made its decision on where to play this year's Class B state championship basketball games - at the Augusta Civic Center on Friday, March 3rd.

The 'B' state title games were supposed to be in Portland this year but the America East Women's Basketball Tourney has dates for that time period in 2017 and 2018.

The MPA was looking at other venues in Portland, the Cross Center in Bangor, as well as Augusta.

Bangor will host Class C and D state games on March 4th, Class AA and A state games in Augusta with also be March 4th.
