Quinnipiac Gets Sweep of UMaine

A night after getting thumped by Quinnipiac 7-2, the slumping UMaine Black Bears got shut out by the Bobcats 2-0 at Alfond Arena.

The Bears have now lost four of their last five games and drop to 4-7-1.

Quinnipiac is ranked #10 in the country and improve to 11-2.

Maine goalie stopped 17 shots. Bobcats goalie stopped all 23 Maine shots on goal.

The Black Bears play their final two countable games before Christmas in Vermont  on Friday and Saturday.
