Rams Vs Witches: Battle For #1?

When Bangor and Brewer meet tonight at 7pm in the baseball regular season finale, the Rams and Witches could be playing for the number one seed in Class A North.

If it is not for the #1 spot then it could be for the #2 spot and in some respects, it's as good as the top spot. The top two teams wait for the #8 vs #9 and #7 vs #10 play-in games winners. Generally that means the top two teams get the opposition number two pitcher in the quarterfinal.

But first things first, the Rams and Witches play tonight live on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket and 929theticket.com.

The teams met back on April 24th and the Rams won the pitcher's duel 1-0

As you can see below, the top four teams are separated by nine Heal Points. Bangor, Brewer and Edward Little all have one game remaining while Oxford Hills has two left on the schedule.
