The Patriots got a goal from Tyler Lehman at 28:02 of the first half and made it hold up for a 1-0 win over South Region champ Richmond.
For Bangor Christian, it is back-to-back Class D championships, seven in the last nine years and eighth overall.
The Houlton girls scored 1-0 win over Madison to claim the Class C title. Kolleen Bouchard scored the lone goal of the game.
The Shiretowners win their first girls soccer title since 1987 when Houlton was in Class B.
