When the NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series race at Talladega resumes this afternoon in Alabama, Maine's Austin Theriault will be starting in the #34 position.

Just as stage one of the race (57 laps) was completed Sunday afternoon, it started raining and did not stop. The rest of the race begins today at 2pm.
