Trask Named Big 11 Player of the Year
Hermon Hawks quarterback/defensive back/punter Garrett Trask is the Big 11 Conference Player of the Year.
The honor was announced at the league banquet on Sunday afternoon.
Trask led his Hawks to the best year in program history, a 7-1 regular season and a trip to the regional championship game.
He threw 14 touchdown passes and 1,095 yards. And, Trask rushed for 12 touchdowns and 698 yards.
He was named first team All-Conference as a defensive back and as a punter.
