Former UMaine pitcher Tommy Lawrence is now two appearances into his professional career, pitching in relief for the Gulf Coast Rays in the Tampa Bay organization.

Lawrence has pitched twice for the GCL Rays and his line is: 2 INN, 4 H, 1 K, 1 BB, 1 SV.

Lawrence signed with Tampa Bay after the June MLB draft. He was 8-5 with a 3.18 ERA in his senior year at UMaine.
